We ship Herbs, Bugs & Hugs products across Europe. 

We're happy to let you know that Herbs, Bugs & Hugs ships to a growing list of European countries. Check out the list below to see if your country is included – and if not, don’t worry. We're working hard to expand our delivery zones, so more destinations will be available very soon.

Delivery

As each Herbs, Bugs & Hugs piece is thoughtfully created after your order is placed, delivery times are longer than standard retail.

Production typically takes up to 4 weeks, and estimated delivery times include both production and shipping stages. Each item is made especially for you — we do not hold stock or mass-produce our pieces. This allows us to create more consciously, reduce waste, and offer something truly unique.

Orders are processed and shipped once production is completed.

Refund Policy

We hope your new Herbs, Bugs & Hugs pieces bring you as much joy as we felt creating them. But if something’s not quite right – whether it’s a change of mind or the fit isn’t perfect – we’re here to help make it right.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To initiate a return, please contact us at happy@herbsbugshugs.com. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Please include your proof of purchase so we can process your return smoothly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

The refund will include the cost of standard delivery. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If a delivery is refused or not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping and handling costs from the refund issued.

As our products are made to order, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. These are a natural part of the production process and are not considered defects.
