All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to ensure pricing accuracy, but in the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct the price and inform you before processing the order.

The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We recommend inspecting your package upon receipt and reporting any issues promptly.
4. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized clothing items.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any risks associated with the return shipment.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days. If the product is damaged or does not meet return conditions, we may refuse the refund or deduct a restocking fee.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at happy@herbsbugshugs.com within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, upon verification.
