2. Ordering and Payment
All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and acceptance by Herbs, Bugs & Hugs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
All prices are listed in Euros (€). The total price, including applicable taxes and shipping costs, will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to ensure pricing accuracy, but in the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct the price and inform you before processing the order.
Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods offered on our checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other available gateways). You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. If a payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your order until payment is successfully processed.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. Refusal to pay such fees may result in the return of the order, with shipping and handling costs deducted from any refund.
A contract between you and Herbs, Bugs & Hugs is formed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to this confirmation.
By placing an order, you agree to receive communications from us related to your order via email.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to selected European countries. A full list of available delivery destinations can be found on our Shipping Information page. We partner with trusted delivery providers, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Each product is made to order. Production times are typically up to 4 weeks before dispatch. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout include both production and shipping stages. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to deliver orders in multiple shipments where necessary. In such cases, you will not be charged additional delivery costs.
Herbs, Bugs & Hugs is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters or strikes).
The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery of the goods to you or a person designated by you. We recommend inspecting your package upon receipt and reporting any issues promptly.
Unclaimed deliveries
If a delivery is refused or not collected and subsequently returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping and handling costs from the refund issued.
4. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. This right does not apply to custom-made or personalised clothing items.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at happy@herbsbugshugs.com. You may do so by sending a clear written statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the goods.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any risks associated with the return shipment.
As our products are handmade and made to order, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. The refund will include the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs if you selected a delivery option other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).
If the returned product is damaged, used, or does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or make a deduction to reflect any loss in value.
Products that are made to order or personalized are exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, unless they are faulty or not as described.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at happy@herbsbugshugs.com within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, upon verification.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including designs, logos, product images, and text, is the property of Herbs, Bugs & Hugs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
If you submit reviews, testimonials, or other content to our website or social media, you grant Herbs, Bugs & Hugs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce such content for marketing purposes. You confirm that you own the rights to any content you submit.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to posting false, misleading, or offensive content, attempting to hack or disrupt our website, or using our content without permission.

We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to arbitration in accordance with Slovenian law, with costs borne by the parties as determined by the arbitrator.
