Returns

Our policy allows returns within 14 days of your purchase - we want you to feel great about every Herbs, Bugs & Hugs order.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused, in its original condition, and sent back with its original packaging.

Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase so we can process everything smoothly.

Refunds 

As soon as we receive your return, we’ll send you a quick email to let you know it’s arrived safely. We’ll also let you know if your refund has been approved, based on the condition of the item.

If everything looks good, we’ll process your refund right away and send it back to your original payment method. Just keep in mind it might take a few business days to show up, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are refundable in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. If you selected a delivery option other than the standard delivery offered, the additional cost will not be refunded.

Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us at happy@herbsbugshugs.com. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Return shipping costs are not covered by us, so you’ll be responsible for those – and just a heads-up, original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.
