We're happy to let you know that Herbs, Bugs & Hugs ships to a growing list of European countries. Check out the list below to see if your country is included – and if not, don’t worry. We're working hard to expand our delivery zones, so more destinations will be available very soon.
From Us to You – Delivery begins on May 15th
Our very first items will be shipped out starting May 15th. We can’t wait for you to receive your Herbs, Bugs & Hugs package.
As each Herbs, Bugs & Hugs piece is thoughtfully created after your order is placed, delivery times are a little longer than standard retail (typically around 4 weeks, as outlined below). We don’t produce in bulk or hold large stock, as we believe in a more conscious way of creating and consuming. Every item is made with care, intention, and respect for nature - resulting in something truly unique, just for you. By choosing this approach, we support slower, more mindful shopping habits that are kinder to our planet and more meaningful for you.

Refund Policy
We hope your new Herbs, Bugs & Hugs pieces bring you as much joy as we felt creating them. But if something’s not quite right – whether it’s a change of mind or the fit isn’t perfect – we’re here to help make it right.
Returns
Our policy allows returns within 14 days of your purchase - we want you to feel great about every Herbs, Bugs & Hugs order.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused, in its original condition, and sent back with its original packaging.
Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase so we can process everything smoothly.
Refunds
As soon as we receive your return, we’ll send you a quick email to let you know it’s arrived safely. We’ll also let you know if your refund has been approved, based on the condition of the item.
If everything looks good, we’ll process your refund right away and send it back to your original payment method. Just keep in mind it might take a few business days to show up, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that original shipping costs (if there were any) aren’t refundable, and return shipping is at your own expense.
